With a professional background in human-centered design, UX, and digital product delivery, I enjoy working at the intersection of customer experience, business strategy, and digital execution.

After completing my Master’s degree in Business Innovation at the University of St. Gallen, I built experience across a wide range of digital initiatives. They ranged from website relaunches and mobile apps to onboarding journeys and customer platforms. Working across different industries has given me a strong understanding of how to translate complex business and user needs into intuitive digital experiences that create value.

Today, my focus lies in digital product delivery, where I contribute to shaping seamless customer experiences, user interfaces and driving digital solutions. I particularly enjoy collaborating across disciplines and connecting strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
